I want to order the equipment without registration. How to deal with it?
Each purchase may be ordered without registration, for this purpose You should pick option “Place order” instead of logging/registration during the order process. In case of an order without registration  You will have to put the delivery data one more time for the next order. In such a case You will not receive the points for Your order which You could use as a payment for the next order. You will be granted for a permanent discount of:

1% for gathering 20 pts
2% for gathering 50 pts
3% for gathering 100 pts
4% for gathering 200 pts
5% for gathering 300 and more pts

Are the products covered by warranty?
All items bought in our KiteShop.pl are covered by manufacturer warranty. For more details read here: http://kiteshop.pl/warranty

When will i receive the bill or invoice?
For every order You will receive an invoice. The invoice is a purchase evidence and base for a complaint or return.

Everything we do we consider the effect for an eviroment that’s why All invoices are send via e-mail after the delivery, to be sure You received product for which You paid. 

How long should I wait for the shipment and delivery?
It depends on a country where You are living. Inside Poland we deliver the packages within 24 hours. In case of abroad delivery it may take 3-5 days to reach every place in Europe. For more details read here: http://kiteshop.pl/shipping_and_delivery

Can I order an equipment by phone?
Placing order by the website is more convenient and faster. The realization from our point of view is faster as well. If from some reason You are not able to order items by website feel free to contact with us by phone. We will help You to deal with a problem and find some solution.

My order contains an mistake, what should I do?
If from some reason Your order contains an error please contact with us and let us know what should we correct in Your order. You can contact with us by phone or e-mail.

Where can I check an order state?
If You registered during order process You can easily log into Your account and check the order status.If not You can contact with us and simply ask.

Which options of payment are available?
For an abroad shipment You can pay by card using PayU S.A. payment system (similar to PayPal but without registration) or simply by bank money transfer. All data necessary for a payment You will find here:  http://kiteshop.pl/payments

Which options of delivery are provided?
All packages are send by couriers. It guarantees the fastest possible delivery.
